Built for outcomes—with enterprise controls
Watch Agentforce workflows in action
Salesforce first.
But Salesforce doesn't run alone.
The enterprises that get value from Agentforce 360 architect Salesforce as one layer of a composable stack — with Snowflake for data gravity, MuleSoft for integration, and governed cloud infrastructure underneath. We design the whole picture.
Most SIs stop at the Salesforce org boundary. We don't. Teqfocus architects the complete stack — from Snowflake zero-copy shares into Data 360, to MuleSoft event streaming, to governed AWS / Azure / GCP infrastructure and Databricks for ML workloads.

Agentforce IT Service — Salesforce's ITSM, finally.
Salesforce entered ITSM in late 2025, and 180+ organizations went live in the first months. It's Slack-first, Teams-ready, agentic by default, and sits natively on Agentforce 360 — which means your CRM, data, and IT workflows finally live in one conversation. Teqfocus was early, and we've already shipped production rollouts.
What makes Agentforce IT Service different
It isn't another ticket queue bolted onto your help desk. It's conversational, agentic ITSM where the CMDB is queryable in natural language and the incident response runs where your people already work.
Slack-first & Teams-ready
Incidents, changes, and requests live in the channel — not in a portal nobody opens.
Agentic by default
Agents triage, enrich, route, and resolve Tier-1 work autonomously. Humans escalate.
Built on Agentforce 360
Shared identity, Data 360, and trust layer — not a bolted-on acquisition.
Weeks, not quarters
Pre-built IT catalog, incident, change, and CMDB flows. First value in weeks.
independent Salesforce Summit SI.
When your Salesforce partner becomes someone else's acquisition, your roadmap becomes someone else's backlog. Teqfocus is independent by design — and built to stay that way.
Independent Summit partner — no acquisition queue.
We're not managing a post-acquisition integration playbook. Your Salesforce architect this quarter is your Salesforce architect next quarter. Roadmap continuity matters.
Full-stack by design, not by sub-contract.
Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Tableau — all in-house. One team, one commercial, one accountable architect.
Agentforce 360 fluency from day one.
We ship Agentforce, Data 360, and Agentforce IT Service in production — not slideware. Early on Agentforce IT Service. Live migrations of Marketing Cloud, Tableau Next, and CPQ → Revenue Cloud Advanced.
Weeks, not quarters.
Pre-built accelerators for Healthcare, Insurance, FinServ, SaaS, and HiTech mean first production value in weeks. We measure engagements in sprints, not roadmaps.
CIO-grade governance, startup-grade speed.
HIPAA, SOC 2, model risk, and Trust Layer design — done properly, without slowing delivery. Run in regulated Healthcare, Insurance, and FinServ environments.
Architects who code, not just advise.
Every engagement is led by a senior Salesforce architect who's shipped the same pattern before. No junior shadow teams. No offshore drop-offs.

Regional health system consolidates Patient 360 on Health Cloud + Data 360
Challenge: 11 source systems, fragmented care-coordination data, and a failing legacy MDM.
What we did: Architected Health Cloud as the patient system of engagement with Data 360 zero-copy shares from Snowflake. Agentforce for care-team swarming. MuleSoft for EHR integration. HIPAA governance reviewed with client CISO.
National P&C carrier migrates from legacy CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced
Challenge: CPQ end-of-sale forced a migration decision. Broker quoting was manual. Renewals leaked revenue.
What we did: Re-architected quote-to-cash on Revenue Cloud Advanced. FSC for Insurance for the broker workspace. Agentforce Service for claims triage. Snowflake as the actuarial data foundation.
Global SaaS company rolls out Agentforce IT Service on Slack
Challenge: IT was buried in tickets. ServiceNow renewal was up. Leadership wanted a Slack-first, agentic alternative.
What we did: Stood up Agentforce IT Service on Agentforce 360 with a conversational CMDB, Slack-native incident channels, and agentic Tier-1 resolution. Migrated from legacy ITSM in phased cutover.
Agentforce 360 vs. DIY / legacy agents — how we pick.
The honest side-by-side we walk clients through when they're weighing Agentforce 360 against a DIY LLM stack, ServiceNow agents, or an older Einstein build. Outcome, not vendor loyalty, drives the choice.
Tell us where Salesforce is stuck.
We'll tell you what we'd ship first, honestly. No deck, no slideware. Just a real conversation with a senior architect who's done it before.
Questions prospects actually ask.
The real questions that come up in our first Salesforce architecture conversations — answered straight.
What does Salesforce Summit Partner status actually mean?
Summit is the highest Salesforce Partner tier, earned through certifications, customer success CSAT, specialization, and delivery volume — the same tier as the world’s largest system integrators. It’s not a badge you buy; Salesforce adjusts tier assignments annually based on verified outcomes. Teqfocus holds Summit status and is audited against it every year.
Is Teqfocus really independent? What happens if you get acquired?
Yes — Teqfocus is privately held and independent by design, not for sale. Our position is that staying independent protects our clients’ Salesforce roadmaps from becoming someone else’s integration backlog or off-shore ramp.
How quickly can you stand up Agentforce 360 in production?
Teqfocus ships first production Agentforce agents in 4–8 weeks, Data 360 zero-copy ingestion in 6–10 weeks, and full agentic workflows across Service or Marketing in 10–14 weeks. Timelines assume governed source systems and a bounded first-use-case scope. We measure in sprints — not “let’s scope it in a quarter.”
Which industries does Teqfocus actually specialize in?
Teqfocus specializes in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Insurance, Financial Services, SaaS, and HiTech — with vertical accelerators and compliance patterns for each. Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, FSC, and Revenue Cloud Advanced are delivered by in-house practices, not sub-contracted to partners.
Do you do Data 360 and Snowflake together, or is that a separate team?
Yes — Teqfocus is a Salesforce Summit Partner and a Premier Snowflake Services Partner delivered by the same in-house architecture team, not a subcontracted handoff. Zero-copy shares between Snowflake and Data 360 are our architectural default. See our Premier Snowflake practice for the data-platform detail.
Can you run Agentforce in regulated environments — HIPAA, SOC 2, financial regs?
Yes — Teqfocus has deployed Agentforce 360 in HIPAA-bound healthcare payers, SOC 2 Type II SaaS environments, financial services under model risk governance, and insurance carriers with state regulatory requirements. Trust Layer design, audit logging, and human-in-the-loop patterns are built into our delivery method, not retrofitted during remediation.
How do you price a Salesforce engagement?
Teqfocus prices Salesforce engagements to outcome, not hours — fixed-price discovery (1–2 weeks), milestone-based build phases with clear acceptance criteria, and optional tiered managed services post-go-live. We do not sell open-ended time & materials on an unbounded backlog.
Can I talk to a client reference?
Yes — once we’ve completed a scoping conversation and have an NDA in place, Teqfocus matches a reference client by industry and scope so the conversation is useful. Reference options span Healthcare, Insurance, FinServ, SaaS, and HiTech across Agentforce, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, and Tableau Next deployments.
How is Agentforce IT Service different from ServiceNow?
Agentforce IT Service is Salesforce’s native ITSM — Slack-first (Teams-ready), agentic by default, and built on Agentforce 360 so it shares identity, Data 360, and the Trust Layer with your CRM. ServiceNow is a mature ITSM platform with a deep customization ecosystem. The choice typically comes down to where your IT work actually happens: if your team lives in Slack or Teams and you want CRM and IT on one agentic platform, Agentforce IT Service is a serious option — 180+ organizations went live in its first months. Teqfocus runs the head-to-head against your real environment, not against a vendor slide.
I see old Salesforce product names everywhere — what changed in 2025–2026?
Salesforce consolidated the product line under Agentforce 360 in 2025–2026: Data Cloud became Data 360, Service Cloud became Agentforce Service, Marketing Cloud Growth/Advanced became Agentforce Marketing, Einstein became Agentforce AI, and Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics became Tableau Next. CPQ is end-of-sale, replaced by Revenue Cloud Advanced with a migration path to 2028. Agentforce IT Service is the new Salesforce ITSM. Your existing org isn’t going anywhere — the renames cover the same products with an agentic architecture underneath.
How do we work with Teqfocus across both Salesforce and Snowflake?
One engagement, one commercial, one senior architect. Teqfocus scopes both platforms in a single discovery, designs the zero-copy data contract between Snowflake and Data 360, and ships both sides on shared milestones — Agentforce agents go live grounded on governed Cortex data from day one, no phase-1-then-phase-2 theater. See our Premier Snowflake practice for the data-platform detail and our Data & AI Accelerators for the reusable components that span both.
